The 外网天堂 Express Office is located in the Cashier鈥檚 Office, Keeny Hall, 1st floor. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

外网天堂 Express related services provided include:

  • Creating Louisiana 外网天堂 University ID card
  • Opening 外网天堂 Express Account
  • Adding additional funds to 外网天堂 Express
  • Placing a hold on lost 外网天堂 Express cards
  • Closing 外网天堂 Express account (when a student graduates or withdraws from the University)
