Dr. Fengfeng Zhou is the principal investigator of the PRISM Lab (https://prismlab-zhou.com/). He earned his Ph.D. degree from Purdue University in 2025. He has a cross-discipline background of optics (Ph.D. degree), mechanical engineering (Ph.D. degree), civil engineering (Master鈥檚 degree), and physics (Bachelor鈥檚 degree). His research focuses on optical monitoring and metrology of semiconductors, smart manufacturing, and integrated photonic systems.
